We congratulate Dr. Stefanie Adams on being awarded a fellowship in the IQST Postdoc Programme for her project "Atomic-scale probe and control of light-induced spin-phonon dynamics." Her research will explore how light pulses can trigger and control the coupling between atomic spins and lattice vibrations, probed at the atomic scale, a question that sits right at the intersection of ultrafast physics and quantum nanoscience. We are very happy to welcome Stefanie as a new member of our group and look forward to exploring these fascinating questions together.
