We were happy to welcome Matteo Miltrano (Harvard University), an expert on condensed matter physics and the use of ultrafast optics to study non-equilibrium properties. His talk and the rich discussions were very inspiring for our work with ultrafast optics and atomic scale probing (THz STM) in the Loth group.
