Surface-Governed Dynamics of Atomic-Scale Magnetic Moments

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Lukas Arnhold's doctoral degree in physics within the Loth group. During his time with us, Lukas explored the static and dynamic properties of atomic and molecular spin systems on surfaces, employing a scanning tunneling microscope alongside time-resolved techniques. Through theoretical modeling and simulations, he provided valuable insights into the dynamics of these systems and the role of magnetic symmetry in their behavior.

Beyond his scientific contributions, Lukas enriched our group with his enthusiasm and strong sense of community. We sincerely thank him for his dedication and collaboration and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. His time with us will be warmly remembered!
