The Unisoku team achieved measurements of the coherent spin excitation of an individual Titanium atom on a MgO/Ag(100) surface. Measurements were performed in collaboration with Philip Willke (KIT) by Daria Sostina (KIT) and Lukas Arnhold (FMQ). The technique was established in 2015 by now-group member Susanne Baumann. With this new capability, we will further investigate spin dynamics at the cutting edge of research.
